Took my car in today to get an oil change and transmission service. I've been here since 11am and still here and it's going on 3:30pm. The staff isn't pleasant nor do they follow up with you to keep you posted of what is going on. When you have to chase someone down to get answers you're being looked like you're bothering them and that it's going out of their way to get answers which should be owed to you anyways. I will not come back to this location on Beltline in the future I will make the extra drive to the Cartwright location. I should have gone to the Cartwright location to start with but figured this location is by the house and wanted to give back to my community area. They're not attentive at all in making sure you're out in a timely manner. If it weren't for them to already get my car apart I would have gone elsewhere. Now I can see why this location is always under new management.

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the recent oil change service. The team was efficient and professional throughout the entire process. They handled my vehicle with great care and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I had a great experience at Kwik Kar. The staff was professional, friendly, and thorough. They checked everything on my car and kept me informed throughout the entire process by sending updates directly to my phone about my vehicle’s condition. It was very prompt and convenient to see what was in good condition and what needed attention. I appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I feel safe and confident driving my car now. Thank you for the great service!

I recently had my vehicle serviced at this auto shop, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The manager and mechanics provided outstanding customer service and made me feel valued as a customer the entire time. Everyone was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how well they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, explained the issues they found in a way I could understand, and updated me regularly on the progress of the repairs. I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency regarding pricing, recommendations, and what repairs were necessary versus optional. The mechanics were extremely skilled and professional, and it was obvious they take pride in their work. My car is now running smoothly, and I feel confident knowing it was repaired correctly. The manager also made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. It is hard to find an auto shop that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but this team definitely does both. I highly recom

Chris Owens. You sir deserve your flowers 💐 today. I came here desperately trying to get my car fixed. I know nothing about cars at all. He actually took the time to explain every step of the way. We both looked at the initial problem and fixed that, but his expertise made him dig a little more and found the actual issue my car had. The price doubled. But Mr. Owens allowed me to pay the initial estimate. I am so grateful 🙏🏽 🥲 it's not many mechanics that will give you real time diagnostics and fix them with no fluff. He had my car in and out within 24hrs and I was able to confidently drive off knowing my car was truly fixed. As long as I live in the area this Kwik Kar Oil Change will always get my business. Hats off to everyone that contributed in fixing my car. Such a beautiful blessing to meet honest people. Lastly shout out to the young lady at the front desk. I called 20 times with questions 😆 🤣 and she handled the phone like a pro. Not once did she get upset. 10 outta 10 service, quality, honesty, and overall compassion 👏 🙌 ❤️
